I just wanted to say everything you said about UV protection is true, BUT tinted lenses don't say anything about the UV protection. You can have clear lenses with 100% UV block and tinted lenses with almost none. Make sure you have UV block (also called UV 400), it's unlikely the glasses sold at forever 21 have this.
