My first accident ever was a douchebag like this. It sucked so bad, even after they settled with my insurance Co. a year later they turned around and sued me and my stepdad (the owner of the car). My stepdad wasn't even anywhere near the car, but they worded the case as if him and I were negligent and intentionally hit the man... go figure.
