Häkkinen is the greatest Finn, won a bit of Formula 1, not really important. Just like Paavo Nurmi who won the olympic gold in spite of falling over while running. It's not that hard anyway. Easy. Whatever.
nordic countries called nordic region consisting denmark/finland/iceland/norway/sweden so maybe i am wrong scandinavian peninsula includes sweden/norway/finland
There are three ways to define Scandinavia. One is the Scandinavian Peninsula: Sweden and Norway. Another way is Fennoscandia, which includes Finland, Carelia, Kola Peninsula and Scandinavian Peninsula. Perhaps the right way is to speak about the Nordic Countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. In common English usage this is also known as Scandinavia, which is actually wrong. So Finland could have not moved away from Scandinavia, because literally they haven't been there :P
mika is a great example of finnish talent. even my great great grandmother says that he is the best finnish driver ever. and i agree. mika u made us proud!
This was the Spanish GP at Jerez, where Schumacher's infamous turn in on Villeneuve retired him, and slowed Villeneuve down, allowing Hakkinen to win, and Hakkinen would then win AGAINST Schumacher next season, Mika rules!
The F1 cars are getting narrower and narrower. If you want to be an F1 driver these days you need to be no more than 10 stones and have the stature of a jockey LoL! :)
I'm 95% sure that Kimi will (statistically) pass Häkkinen before his career is over. He only needs one more title and five more wins to be equal with Mika and he's got a good chance of achieving it already in 2008. And after that he's going to stay at least one more season in F1 but likely longer.
He went on to win this race, which was his first career F1 win, and then he won the world championship the next 2 years in succession.
This is probably Mika's last interview as a 'typical' F1 driver (if there is such a thing).

Hakkinen we miss you man. I like the way he talks, he gives a great view into his job, all the details he gladly gives.
Not like some other drivers.

Mika "veri slipperi" Häkkinen - famous for his pronounciation (and some driving skill).
On niin hauska kuunnella englantia savoksi.
