The one you mentioned, Classical, is the easiest, you can splatter and melee. Endure requires you to complete the 4th set, which is around 60 waves, in firefight on heroic with 4 people. Deja Vu requires to beat the final campaign mission with the Iron skull on with 4 people without using warthog or scorpion, this one is just as hard as annual.
