  • not great lighting but your shoulders are way BROADER and u r getting nice results on the traps too.and yes, mix up that pattern, if nothing else do different muscle groups on diff days. work on crunches (esp on swiss ball) to bring out the bricks, keep the burn going. Your fans are rooting for you Will. Keep the moto.
