You've been getting good results, so stick with what you know for now. Long-term, however, you should look at changing your workouts every three months, so your body doesn't adapt. You need to keep it guessing.
how big are you where it really count. I mean at 6"3 i bet you are packing. did y ou really break up with your girl? if so her lost.
