I need to know somethign. The red leds only light up when I brake? When I'm just cruising without braking, there's no red light at all in the back? So in the night.... If i'm not braking... I don't have any light at all in the back, right?

i got something like this from a friend of mine to put on my bike. i couldnt turn the sound off, so i cut one of the wires connecting to the speaker, that took care of it, but thanks for showing us how it all hooks up, i didnt have directions with it, so i didnt get how to intall the brake light switch

Just ordered a set of these.. we'll see how it goes.. I'm tired of morons that don't understand hand signals.. I nearly got ran over tonight because of a misunderstanding with hand signals. I put my right arm out about 50 - 75 feet in advance for a right turn, and vice versa(left hand/left turn).. I have two Cat-Eye rear lights both on solid at night, and a set of Niterider X2 dual for headlights. and I wear a bright green jacket... I'm far from invisible to drivers.

i bought one of these and put it on a motorized bikelike u have and the cheap speaker blewitself out from the vibration in 2 days. now i didnt really care about the horn anyway, but i think tht u should improve this for the people who do.

Thanks for the informative video and the product looks like the thing for which I've been searching. Glad you demonstrated how the brake light worked. A comment about sirens: only emergency vehicles are suppose to use that sound in most, if not all, states. You briefly mentioned the ordinary horn, is that sound one beep or a series of beeps when you press the button down?

Seemingly crazy question. But, if I clip the wire going to the horn unit will the brake light still work? The batteries are in the light section and the one cable going to the brake clip go to that box, not the horn. The reason I ask is, I have mine set up on my cargo bar(watch my video on my channel) and the horn part is under my seat. I want to put it on my handle bars but, the cables are a tad to short. Thanks!

Yes, and when you squeeze the brake handle, all 3 light up to indicate that you are slowing down.

u can refer to the video on time 0.28 sec when the person on the tail light using the control unit.

So does it mean that when is night, i can on the switch and only one red led will be on from the tail set( not talking about the led from the control unit).... So can the led from the red part of the tail set blink ?

That is right. The front light is a small red light, and it stays on. No blinking. If you want blinking lights, go to a bicycle shop and get another set. This unit is for indicating a left or right turn, or when the rider is applying the brakes.

@mastax1234 They may sell for $1 BUT they get you on the s/h of $8 or so. I'm looking at it on ebay, it looks the same but can't tell by the seller's description if it has all the features as this one does. Ebay sellers sell cheap sometimes because they take out some features.
