    This year I start work on the One Arm Pull Ups.

  • Uh, I kinda developed it as a corollary from gymnastics rings strength.

    I did ~8 weeks of training to get a OAC, then it took about 4-5 weeks to get it up to 4 reps. Haven't touched it since b/c my shoulder doesn't like it.
