It should be available if you are willing to pay the ~13 dollars a month. Then you don't get any ads, a faster stream rate and you get access to the phone app

The "Free" is not available in my country. Plus the "Free" plan has poor quality audio compared to the $9.99 subscription. Who wants that?

I'm assuming you are in the US? They will be releasing it there at some point in the future I'm sure, and I use Spotify now and the quality of the music is fine - thats why the commentors dont mention the quality; its because there is nothing wrong with it.

There's a subscription fee to get rid of the ads, but it's very usable even though you're not a subscriber.

That will be a 'premium' version where there are no adverts, its been available in the UK for ages, and we can pay £9.99 for subscription of just listen to a 30 sec audio advert every 30mins or so and get the music for free. I do the latter :D
