The Cowboy Bebop dub is one of the few Animes where the creators of the anime themselves have come out and said they prefer the voices in the dub to the originals. Well it does have Steve Blum as the main character, which alone spells "Instant Awesome"...

This is definitely one of the better episodes as for the sub vs dub debate, really that depends on your perspective. In subs you tend to get a much fuller view of the characters and storylines as dubs tend to cut stuff out for timing.

However dubs tend to be easier to follow if you don't have much experience with Japanese culture.
