I beat this game once when I was like 14 or something and I was so excited that I hit record on the VCR, goo thing too because a cheat code flashed on & off the screen in a couple seconds.
Stage Select: select x 16, RUN
Continue Free: 1 and RUN, 2 and RUN
Hope that helps anyone.
