@Bucketbucketdog Buckethead is allowed to improvise as this is his own song.Part of his appeal is the showman ship he exudes during his live sets. The studio versions, although great, just don't have the heart and soul showing as much as the live performances. Brian's a very special talent and a very special person.
@Bucketbucketdog everything about this is real deal. Big B almost always improvs during his live show. I have a vid of Jordan on my channel that's almost exact...but he doesn't usually do that. Thanks for the input, though
TRICKSTAR!!! i met you at a Buckethead show. not this one but the time before it at Toad's when we all met That One Guy in the hall downstairs after the show. Not sure if you were still there when we met Buckethead
He Played wounderfully!! I like how he can freestyle out of no where just in te snap of a finger, and still sound amazing.!!!
People say you get rusty with age, But this guy gets more and more complicated as the albums are released!!! and he can rip it up faster than i could last remember!!! i think he is like 40!!! born 1969!!! Damn!!
I was at this one...That 1 Guy opened for an hour and a half, then it took FOREVER for Buckethead to come out, and a half hour later he came out and played for two and a half hours bringing this to like 1:00AM.
not particularly. the capacity is only 750 people. I'm going to see him again Saturday at BB King's Bar and Grill in NYC. I believe the capacity is the same there. From what I understand it holds 500-1000 people depending on the set up for the night
yeah i was definitely one of those people...i didn't get the first 5-10 seconds. that's probably why you didn't hear it. this right up there with my favorite song of his. i'm traveling to BB King's Bar and Grill in NYC on November 1st to see him again. I'll tape more of the songs that i didn't get at this show
it was just a Sony Cybershot. i was a little concerned that the quality wouldn't be all that great but i'm really happy with how it turned out. i just wish i had more memory and battery life to get more full songs.
Love the pot heads head banging - this might as well had been Abba - nothing much here to bang ones head about!

@Bucketbucketdog I dare you to find a live performance of this song that is exactly like another live performance, let alone the studio track.

Oh yeah, I have pics of both his pedal boards i took at that show myspace/trickstar + two vids and the warlock he signed at the 06 toads show.
Im sure most of his effects were modded, the yellow wah was not stock.
No.1 straps are NOT the same as the one he uses. yeah you need earplugs in front it was loud. Toads has decent PA.
Thats his backup guitar, his main's neck finally gave in from a huge crack from a cymbol smack.
