If people had to butcher their own meat, there would be a LOT more salads eaten. To me Rocky Mountain Oysters are just the best Chicken Fried Steaks you can get. Then again, I've seen chickens bled and butchered, like a damned Saw movie as a appetizer. Then again, I like super fresh sashimi that was alive minutes before hitting the plate.
