  • I find amazing, but not uplifting, that this kind of grossly misrepresented view of the nature/nurture debate made it on to the news.

  • sure do the right thing untill money is involved then you can kiss that theory right out the window!

  • Yeah, great. So fascinating. Wonder how long it will take the bloodsucking lawyers to turn this into a defense for any violent crime. Probably about as long as it takes all of you saps to buy into it.

  • It won't be the lawyers that do shit to dispute this finding, RELIGION on the other hand will do what it does best and tell you more lies about yourselves and like good little idiots you'll buy into it.

  • Buy into what?

  • God still made the brain teh way it is. :)

  • Amazing, yet uplifting. LOL

  • The connection between damage to the front part of the brain and personality changes has been known for a long time.

  • Bull! If we arew like that how come we killed each other over and over and over and over again in our history of mankind?? We are killign eachother now as we speak ,that doesnt have anything to do wit hbeing wired not to hurt or to empathize. Everybody can kill or be a killer

  • @Galvatron7 I believe we kill each other because we live in scarcity. Why does the US have the highest homocide rate in the industrialized world? Are Americans genetically less sympathetic? No, probably because of social conditions. Phychiatrists who have studied the backgrounds of the most violent criminals, find that they have all been exposed to violence in their homes and their environment as children.

  • Wow, that is both amazing AND uplifting...

  • Interesting... Not surprising in the least, but still interesting.

  • that is soooo interesting!

  • sounds like a good survival tip, i guess

  • How..interesting?

  • old news.
