You have to have the person you want to marry at 8 hearts. Exit your house one morning on a sunny day and the mayor will tell you about the Bluebird of Happiness. Then the fun part: you have to wait for about 3 days - 3 weeks for the bird to come. Don't stress about it if you haven't been able to see it because it'll come :).

Then you will see a cutscene about the bird if you go out of your house in the morning. Go to Caramel Falls and you get the Blue Feather. Sorry if that sounded confusing to you DX.

Oh yeah, and to propose make sure that you do their requirement, and then you can give them the Blue Feather.

Toby is too sweet. I'm getting attached. After experiencing the 0:33 moment on my own game, I was so excited and wanted to be the only one who knew "green." I'm pretty jealous that this video already exists and I didn't get to record it first. xP;

Anyway, very nice event. Lovely sunset! The festivals and relationships in this game are really well-developed and all; it's wonderful.
