I love your vids!! When I made these I had a bit of liquid pooling under them when I took it out of the oven. Is that normal? Thank you for your help!! :D
@captainpegs07 It's probably the olive oil. It's ok, we don't want them to stick to the pan. Just take them off of the pan when they're done, don't let them sit on the pan. Thanks for watching :)
@CelebritiesRule Wow, they say some Americans can't cook? LOL Well, I try. I love try new things and expanding my abilities. Thank you so much for subbing and watching my videos. PS. I hope to come to Spain some day and experience the tapas and the night life :D
@CookingWithCarolyn Let me know if you do come. I'll tell you the must-see places! Make sure to also check out gapzpacho, fabada asturiana, fideuà amongst other things as well! :) We have some great (and healthy) dishes in Spain. The nightlife is also very good! ;)
YUMMY!! Sis I am trying this one...I love mushrooms as well. I will get back and let you know how mine turn out. I really like your style and subbed your channel. God bless. I will be lounging around ya gurl!! LOL...
@jaymeal123 LOL, thanks so much. Sometimes I struggle but my goal is to win. Thank you for your support and I appreciate you spending time with me. More to come :)
I like your cooking style.I just came across your channel while I was surfing for something else, and I liked the "real" style of your recipes. Thanks and God bless
I can't wait to make these. They look so tasty. I really want to thank you for the upside down bowl trick. That's one I've never seen before. Now I need to find a tupperware representative (lol)
@frmoak2atl Yeah my mom always did it and it works in other types of bowls too. I just use the Tupperware because that's what I grew up with and that's what I use. It's a great way to keep lettuce fresh and ready to eat. You can order Tupperware and even have a party online now lol. Thanks for watching!
Those look good.... I'm going to try this this week!!! I'm trying to lose weight and eat a little lighter than what I've been normally eating. I love mushrooms and shrimp so these should be awesome!!! Thanks!!!
This looks good! I've been putting my lettuce in Tupperware too, but I wash it first. It last a few days. I think I missed it on this video but can you tell me if you wash the lettuce leaves first? :)
@mahoganybella Yeah all of the veggies were washed first before storing it. It was the fruit that I said to wash it as you eat it because washing it early can speed up the spoiling process.
Thx carolyn for that tip bcuz my Cilantro always go bad quick, I make the mistake of leaving it in the plastic bag.. Love Love Love this receipe and will be trying it soon!!!
@ladydthie I don't see any reason why you couldn't use tofu, you might want to brown it first then incorporate the other veggies and seasonings that you like to spice it up...if you don't already have GDS :D
cookingwithcarolyn thanks... I guess I need to buy a Mac Now.... Lol thanks... I also sell my own seasoning at fairs and events "it's called Chef Holly's Essential Seasoning" thanks again! And as always keep food phenomenal! :)
@ShaunieceCooks Yes, I can tell you've learned this trick early in your career. There are grown people, my own friends, that don't know how to read labels. Thanks Dear!
@Teresita40 I love those but I have to confess, there's a brand that I buy at Trader Joe's Market that simply awesome and super easy when I need a pot sticker fix. I haven't made them and I know they're pretty simple lol I'll add them to my list :)
Hey Carolyn looks Great! Can u please tell me what editing software u use n where can I buy it? I'm looking to buy something to compliment my HD camera... Thanks

With those kind of mushrooms can you keep the stems for something else later or they are not edible?
Giggs :)
egiggles79 5 months ago
@egiggles79 Yes you can keep them if you wanted and use them in eggs or if you're going to make your own veggie broth. Yes they are very edible.
