It is obvious that DPRK is underdeveloped, but this "light map" looks like a fiction. Considering, that a bordering Chinese region as well as Dalian and Quindao are very urban and developed, they must be lit, too. Just see the night photos of those cities. No sight of light in China on this map, though.
