bungie never publicly released the flaming head. it's a armour variation of the chest(i think)which makes the head - whatever variation it is - go on fire. it's only availble for bungie employees

i think spartan is probably the standard cause of the way the body works. the elite, if you wanna look at it strategically, offers a wider target but, in being hunched over, is circumstancially either a harder or easier target to hit. the body is either gonna get in the way or make it easier. but the spartan is very standard.
