Fergie ALWAYS had millions to spend. If it was Wenger then i could have agreed with you as he is the only one who spent very little and managed to turn very good players into World Class players. If it was not Chelea and Man City, Man United would have remained the biggest spending club in the PL.

To be the Best manager in the World of all time you have to revolutionise football, bring new ideas and different concepts into the game. Even though Fergie has won everything he could he did not change the way football is played. Dutch master Rinus Michels did back in the 70's. Thus he is the one for me.
