I liked this effort -- very correct. But you are such a terrific young violinist -- that "fiddling" can sound a little stiff and formal. (<:

But that is a trivial thing because your own fiddling style will develop with time.

I hope that you also stay with your classical pursuits. BTW your work on Angus Campbell (Scottish folk) was wonderful.

I wish there were more young people like you in the world today. Keep up what you are doing!!! And three cheers for your folks!

Try and use wrist movement rather than arm. Try using arm weight rather than force. Then your playing may start to sound alright.

hey like the person before me said, try to constrict your bow movement to your wrist only. it'll sound nicer, look nicer and feel better than jerking your elbow to move the bow

ALmost perfect....to get it cleaner and if you want faster try bowing with the wrist not the elbow...I only 15 and this tune is my favourite on fiddle. Play it all the time. But after 7 years of using elbow it strts hurting. but it hard to change habit i know.....
