  • She is SO HOT. I could just watch it and forget the game.

  • I think the French version suits her considering the real Anne De Chantraine was french herself. FIts the character very well.

  • the contact lenses must be painful for her in the last shot.

  • Love this part 04:06 xD

  • The scariest witch ever !

  • Jesus, she is so unbelievably hot. I don't care if she's a witch.

  • I had this game when I was like 9...the witch scared the shit out of me...gave me nightmares

  • mon dieu c'est son vrai visage

  • MAKE IS STOP!

  • ayoye vraiment effrayant ce celui la

  • amazing game this was my cousin had this won i miss it

  • Actually, I don't know much about this game, but was it French in origin, especially since the Wolfman and Witch (two fairly generic European spooks) are specifically French characters?

  • @rubino83 Actually it was made in Australia!

  • Bathory and Anne were the same actress? That's rather interesting.

  • Reminds me of the Fly movie, man.

  • At 2:20, Anne tells you to roll both dice with the following results: 2: Free Turn 3: Lose a Turn 4: Take a Fate Card 5: Free Turn 6: Take a Chance Card 7: Be Banished 8: Take a Time Card 9: Free Turn 10. Miss a Turn 11: Lose a Key 12: Take a Key
  • i think frederique fouche is the best actress playing anne de chantraine the witch. who ever the woman was who did the italian one was okay but she was nowhere near as sexy and scary as frederique fouche.

  • Ich versteh kein Wort...

  • Hey she gets cute don't she? Besides what's with the oinking? She's a witch not a pig.

  • It's her "thing", she calls all the players "pigs" or "piggies". Like The Gatekeeper calls the players "maggots".

  • Oh I'm not questioning her actions, I just think she's attractive when she mutates and oinks. That was sarcasm.

  • @ResidentEvil7 I don't know....I know the term "swine" is a very common insult to say to someone in the Middle Ages where the real Anne De Chantraine lived. But maybe its referring to one of the many witch stereotypes and rumors about them turning people into pigs that pissed them off.

  • @sillygrl23 Not to be rude, but I must of made my comment on this video a real long time ago. I don't care to keep on living with it at this point. What I said when ever is something I like to get over. Besides how far back do you read these comments to where you had to argue mine?

  • Does anyone know what Anne meant when she said "you will be rewarded or tortured in time, but only time will tell in less than ten." I've played the game a few times and I still can't figure it out.

  • Hey hey ! I sent you a personal message to answer you, it wouldn't work here... Dunno why...

  • I have to say, I don't know why she hasn't starred anywhere on bigger film 'cause she's a really good actress!

  • And, I can tell you all that she is a very, very kind person.

  • hahahahaha omg frederique fouche is

my friends mom! shes sooooo hot not in that movie clip though she played in superman returnes as well

  • LOL OMG Thats So Funny..

  • I showed my Mom this, when it got further into the video, my Mom said that it sounded like she was constapated. lols.

  • Lol ! Tell Mama she's right !

  • engliiiiish please vampire girl lol

  • good old time

  • she is much better in her french version. i think she was forced to do the english one.

  • 4:50

  • Avec les dés pour pouvoir rejouer ! *BLAH

  • Amazing!

Je comprende le francais dans le autre -comments-.

    Desole, je ne sais pas

    -how to speak fleunt French-

But yea, this game seems more interesting than the first and second.

  • She sounds so regal when she tells you to be quiet at first!

  • I could be wrong but is french video different from the english version like the baron zombie one is

  • i'm so late... in fact, only the baron is different from the english speaking version. the rest of it, well, they used the same actors. the witch and vampire are played by a french actress, so it was easy to do. the gatekeeper, well, they dubbed him. even though you can see his lips pronouncing french words, but the actor is Polish, i believe he had an appalling accent.

  • He does speak English with an accent, but for us in the English speaking world it made him very cool. Very distinctive.

  • Yes I know, every time there is a kinda demon in a series or film, they have this sort of accent. Like rolling the R, for instance. (I actually have all games in French and English). What I meant is that this polish actor, Wenanty Nosul, probably had no notion of French, and was only reading the lines, so to make him "clear", as it was probably impossible to understand what he said when he spoke French, they had to dub him.

  • @StarscreamTG hi it's me claudia b and i conquer!... tis not i... i was production manager on the shoot with the cowboys and international game producer of english versions into other languages for several - but never in front of the camera! curious as to how this rumour even started...? any idea, CapitaineGMC? ;)

  • Deffintely the same actress as the English version

  • Of course! Read the posts by

    " frederiquef " - that's her.

I met her not so long ago. She is very friendly.

  • That's cool that you met her...and you should totally lend me a copy of your nightmare homemade games....they look amazing! hehe

  • She is a brilliant actress!

    Her voice is so hypnotic.

  • Who wants to study French under this lady, lol?

  • she goes twitchy when turning witchy

    hey it rhymed ^^

  • Ah, this was the version I ended up with when I tried to buy this game at retail when I was a kid. I couldn't find an English version anywhere!

  • And you live in the USA or Canada?

  • England, actually, which is why I could never understand how the only copy my nearest store was able to get was in French. We didn't have the internet back then, after all. ;)

  • And it never helped you to learn FrencH Too bad, my language is such a very easy language... ;-)

  • Haha yeah right!

  • What did she turn into?!?

  • She turned into my tweeker aunt, she loves the dope.... lolz....

  • Where can you buy the other games? I mean all the way upto 13?

  • The other play werent in shop . its the person who do that

  • At 3:11, I wet myself, it's bloody hillarious!!!

  • She's so damn menacing! And the pig screeches are so bloody frightening!

  • Captaine? you made them? :O:O:O

    really? omg really? really really?

    omg no way! really?!

what happened to number 5? *crys*

  • I love Frederique Fouche. It seems when the Witch has her hair down, she's not looking at the camera directly, but I still love her, lol. xx

  • do you know the other real name of gatekeeper, baron samedi et elizabeht bathory in french

  • yes, the actor who played the gatekeeper is the same in english and french, his name is Wenanty Nosul. As for the witch and vampire, the actress for both english and french version is the french actress Frédérique Fouché.

  • I'd love to see the french version of the Vampire too if you have it? It would be good to see how they differ in those as well.

  • Yeah sure, I can post a clip of Nightmare 4. But you know, it's the same actress as in english so there's no big differences.

  • I understand...at first glance they do look very similar but there are still some differences nevertheless. I look forward to discovering the little subtleties in the Vampire one:)

  • Hey Captaine...did you make all of those really cool Atmosfears? They're all an awesome job whoever did them. The Hellin, Gevaudan and Khufu ones are the best. The voices could've been altered a little as the game went on but the clocks, hosts etc are very well done!! Congratulations and keep them coming I say!!

  • Yes, I am the one who did them all. I didn't want to alter the voices because I've always found it a little old-fashioned and somehow ridiculous. But yes, I'm the maker! Now try to guess which ones I played as an actor.

  • Thankyou! Definitely the same actress!

  • Wow awesome awesome stuff. It's always so much fun to see other versions of the Nightmare Games. I believe the french and english versions are the same acress...who the actress is I have no idea. This version she has more 'oomph' in her voice...it actually sounds quite scary as the game goes on...even at first transition. The english version wasn't quite so scary with the screaming of "silence"...ah well. Thanks again:D.

  • Actually, I also contacted the creator of the game who confirmed the actress is the same in english and french. Her names is Frédérique Fouché.

  • Yes i confirm... since it's me!!!

i had not seen that in ages...thanks

I did both version (english and french) for anne de chanteraine and elisabeth bathory

  • Unbeliveable!

    Gabriel.

  • @frederiquef That's you?! That's incredible!

You did a fantastic job as the monsters in each de-evolution.

  • bien gabriel continu ;)

  • Well, I guess I'm wrong then.
