Do you have any ATC 110 spare parts for sale? I could use a carb and 3 tires. I live in Savannah, Georgia. Please let me know if you have the parts and if you would pack and ship them to Savannah, and what the price would be.
I have just started the second rebuild and there is no telling how long it will take. I started after I lost my job, figuring I would have some time to finish. Then my new job started 2 days later.....
rotate your engine until your piston reaches TDC, remove the outer cdi cover (2 screws). remove the center 10mm bolt that holds the spark advance to the cam, remove the spark advance, remove the 3 bolts that hold the lower cdi housing. you should see the timing chain and cam sprocket. notice the "O" mark on the cam should be lined up with the 'V' notch on the inner lip of the head. Also remove the big flathead plug with a screwdriver to reveal your timing marks on your flywheel..

i took the top of the head apart just the piston chamber so i had my cam out
