it could be because we fill ours up with all the gear like skis kneeboards wakeboards tubes and our manta ray
but it doesnt matter because we just bought a new malibu vtx with the cut dimond hull

Gotta love the hawksbury and bayliners. We have a 185 with the 220hp motor and love it up.

its a 2004 bayliner 185 with a 4.3L v6 220hp engine and its top speed with a 19 degree prop. with a top speed with 2 people in the boat od 52 mile an hour

Interesting. I have the 190hp 185 and my top speed with 4 on board is also 52 mph. Interesting.

I have the 2007 185 with the standard 3.0 135 HP and my top speed is about 42. with standard prop.
