I'm confused. The guy is being charged criminally for conduct and the prosecution isn't going to use the dash cam video of what happened? This appears to be exculpatory evidence and I cannot imagine a judge anywhere in this country that would not order the state to provide the defense with a copy of the video. Do you understand what I am saying, the arrest is simply to bring a matter to court. It is not a conviction, it is not a ruling by a jury of guilt. A cop is suppose to prove his actions as legal and nessasary in a court of law, same as a citizen does when a arrest is made. But there is a break down in the system. The judges are not inpartical. They allow the police to commit criminal acts including murder. This can not be tollerated! I have more trust in a total stranger then a cop.

my mother told me many story's of how back in her day when running a pub that the health inspectors would threaten to shut her down if didnt pay a bribe, she told them where to go and simply fixed the bogus bullshit things they picked out as needing to be fixed in order to keep the business open. That's what the King used to enforce his laws on the colonies. It was an 'occupation'. And, as FPVFLIGHTSCHOOL said, they aren't trained for domestic policing. Also, as per the NDAA, the military have authority to take ANYONE away, forever, without a trace. The police do not ..... yet, anyway. Disband unions, yes. Army occupation? No thanks.

@Alexia8099 Not posse comitatus. The only reason for that Act is they ignore the Constitution. Article I, Section 8: "The Congress shall have the Power To … raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years." It was specifically designed so after whatever reason the Army was funded was over, It would be dispersed. However, the Navy WAS meant to be our permanent defense force. And was not subject to that funding restriction.

We've been under Martial Law since May, 1861. It was never suspended or revoked. So, technically, we are not at 'peace'.

Do you understand what I am saying, the arrest is simply to bring a matter to court. It is not a conviction, it is not a ruling by a jury of guilt. A cop is suppose to prove his actions as legal and nessasary in a court of law, same as a citizen does when a arrest is made. But there is a break down in the system. The judges are not inpartical. They allow the police to commit criminal acts including murder. This can not be tollerated! I have more trust in a total stranger then a cop.
