@kozalaq female to female means that you have to put something on both sides of that wire and male male to male means that you have to put the wire in like your monitor. so any ways you have to get a female to female audio splitter so you can put you two audio cables and your speaker cable in it. Then you just need a hdmi to dvi cable. Links are in description.
