If i really wanted to workout in the morning i would, but i choose not to cuz i like working out in around 6pm. Im just used to doing it around that time. Could you possibly make sport-specific exercise series? I would like to make a personal request for Tennis. I'm a very experienced player who is currently held back from improving primarily due to not being physically strong enough. But I don't know which muscles to build for the best results.
is workoing out like this a better alternative to weights?? cause im using weights everytym for workouts...although i must admit my body has become a bit stiff due to it

But then I think about all my competitors that are working really hard and that might be faster than me cuz they have done more workouts. I think that one less workout, is one second loss at the finish line, which is something I don't want.
i agree i play soccer and i have the same mindset. one day i take off while someone else is woking and thats half a step advantage lost. im gona have to push muself even harder now that im goin on to play on a scholarship

So, I can workout 6 days a week for 2 hours each day and eat good. Then there are days I do not want to lift a finger. Does this happen to everyone? I need some motivation right now I cant get rid of this funk!! SOS!
get into some group workouts. Misery loves company. They'll push you and you'll push them. When you slack off, they'll be there to give you shit about it.

I am a morning person. I always do my workout in the morning. I do some streching and weight training or sometimes I try one of your workouts first thing. After I am warmed up I go outside for a walk-run just as the sun is comming up... my favorite.
My big time excuse for not working out is lack of energy or lack of time... What motivates me when I'm lazy and i don't want work out is watching your vids.. and then I'm up and running liker the energizer bunny... And I love doing my work-outs in the morning or immediately after work to feel re-energized again...
