  • I prefer to work out during the morning. Get it out of the way.

  • If i really wanted to workout in the morning i would, but i choose not to cuz i like working out in around 6pm. Im just used to doing it around that time. And for my motivation to go workout, i dont really have none anymore i think. To me, working out is part of my lifestyle and a hobbie...and i also wanna say that i think im kinda addicted to it. Once i started i never wanted to stop :)

  • I find that if I work out at night the easier it is to make excuses, like I'm too tired. I like to work out in the morning because it makes me feel good about my day. I am a visual person, so I have pictures of what my goal is on the inside of my pantry doors. Makes me think twice. Great video!

  • Could you possibly make sport-specific exercise series? I would like to make a personal request for Tennis. I'm a very experienced player who is currently held back from improving primarily due to not being physically strong enough. But I don't know which muscles to build for the best results.

  • Well good questions I don't seem to have very many excuses to not workout as I Try and do 6 or 20 minutes of a workout if I got a really busy day or I'll aim to finish my workout by 11am so ready for my day to rock n roll!

  • i work out at around 2 or 3 pm and than go back to sleep almost right after. i dont know if thats the best way but it works for me and i always feel great when i wake up.

  • I am a high performance athlete and i usually have excuses like "I am tired", or my muscles hurt. But then I think about all my competitors that are working really hard and that might be faster than me cuz they have done more workouts. I think that one less workout, is one second loss at the finish line, which is something I don't want.

  • i agree i play soccer and i have the same mindset. one day i take off while someone else is woking and thats half a step advantage lost. im gona have to push muself even harder now that im goin on to play on a scholarship

  • i have to work out late late late at night. i'm a night person. i'm way too tired in the morning and groggy:( plus i feel like i can just release all of my energy at night and not have to save any for anything!

  • I get into a funk where I go on strike to not work out. It seems that I cant find a balance sometimes. Either I am all in or nothing. So, I can workout 6 days a week for 2 hours each day and eat good. Then there are days I do not want to lift a finger. Does this happen to everyone? I need some motivation right now I cant get rid of this funk!! SOS!

  • get into some group workouts. Misery loves company. They'll push you and you'll push them. When you slack off, they'll be there to give you shit about it.

  • @ctubeyea I HATE MYSELF! i did the same thing but i didnt have time for a workout i was cleaning my closet. so i said the same thing.... i am sick today

  • I am a morning person. I always do my workout in the morning. I do some streching and weight training or sometimes I try one of your workouts first thing. After I am warmed up I go outside for a walk-run just as the sun is comming up... my favorite.

  • My big time excuse for not working out is lack of energy or lack of time... What motivates me when I'm lazy and i don't want work out is watching your vids.. and then I'm up and running liker the energizer bunny... And I love doing my work-outs in the morning or immediately after work to feel re-energized again...
