Why doesn't psn network recognise the people you meet as in other games? i play alot of 'shared' mode online and can't always read the names of who i'm playing.annoying if i want to invite them because we got a good score. they'd both beat me by the way lol

@SMSCentauris Just press up. Some might say it's counter-intuitive, but it feels natural enough to me.

Isn't that how it's always been done on console/game pads. I can see why some people might be confused if all they did was play on the PCs.

@ShadowJetX Yeah, but I get the feeling that some people went from the Game Boy or NES Tetris straight to this version. And I actually heard that "counter-intuitive" comment at that classic Tetris championship last summer. They were demoing Tetris Party Deluxe for the Wii and I guess I was the only one who knew how to play these modern incarnations...

Gawwwwwd, the soft drop speed in this game is ATROCIOUS.

all I can say is wow. My best 40 lines is 57 seconds, if I'm correct that's 100 terminoes in a minute but in battle I play a lot slower, and I still SUCK at t-spin doubles, or realistically I suck at battling others. I play on xbox and this version of tetris looks a lot better, I might have to buy a PS3 just to play tetris 0_o

One day I'll break 100 tpm average like the guy on the right. Just need to get used to the horizontal acceleration. Guy on the left has some pretty nasty t-spin setups.

Maybe its my uber speed thats causing the freeze. Everytime your screen would show me frozen, my screen showed you topped out. :)
