The British Parachute Regiment provide most of the troops for the SAS, and are the British equivalent to the US Rangers. Google 'Parachute 2 Club' for 2 PARA photo archive. Airborne Brotherhood!!!!!!
@GiollaChrist yes, badassness seems a pre-requisite. very cool bunch of hard true warriors to get through those hard entry courses, is it the toughest, or is there anything tougher?
@mikefan09 dedication, commitment, intelligence, mental toughness, personal courage, and discipline, you have to really want this to get it ranger school is one the hardest leadership course that the military has to offer. ranger school has over a 65% failure rate and if u do make it through ranger school you will receive you ranger tab but your still not in the 75th ranger regiment you have to prove your self out in the field before they will even review you! its hard....

@mikefan09 Actually to elaborate a little bit, all you need is a heart. You need to have it in your heart that you want to be a ranger and you have to have the mindset that you will not quit and you'll make it. Thats what it takes to be a ranger. If you have those 2 things then the others that shooter said will come along.
@guitaristwagner it seems physically a tough challenge, alot of people have said heart, which i guess means determination, dedication, want for it etc. in that respect they shold give me the patch now, because truely that has never been a problem for me, i know for certain i got the heart for it, for anything out of love for my country, and my overwhelming yearning to serve, to test my self, and to succeed. now passing and proving all that, thats the challenge for me!
