I played this game through with my friend for the very first time two weeks ago, allthough I have own this game for years (PlayStation). When we played this game, this is the only scene I really remember afterwards. I came to Youtube looking for this song. The scene is so dramatic, and I think I fell In love with Lisa. It was sad seeing her die. She reminds me of my ex. Sad scene. :/

Actualy...Lisa was always death since the nightmare with the otherworld begun in Silent Hill.Just that Alessa let her to keep her normal form cuz of the care and love she though that Lisa had for she.Is sad cuz she only now discovers that I QQed at her dead scene

I remember this scene was what got into being a huge silent hill fan. I know everyone thought silent hill 2 was the best one but honestly I thought 1 was the best, my opinion i just felt like the PS1 graphics made the game much more freakier and the music was insanely good.

This track is called Blood tears, it's not necessarily rare, but it is beautiful none-the-less. When I hear this song, I feel great guilt for the sins I have committed, all the things I've done to plague everything, I wish I could cleanse the wrongs I've done, but I know I can't. This song is a constant reminder to me of the horrible things I've done, it saddens me greatly... I feel so bad for Lisa, thinking she died due to the wrongs she so greatly wish she could have corrected as well.

@PhoenixBrave I know this comment is old but, if you still haven't played it, I would definitely recommend playing it, but even more if you haven't played Silent Hill 2, you should play that or at least check out the music. Theme of Laura (Reprise) and Betrayal for example.
