  • make sure you start with your weight on your back foot, and then transfer towards the front foot, not the other way around.

  • your also reachign back to far on the back swing. calm it down a bit. try crossing your legs put the ball lined up with the middle of your crossed feet and take some swings if you fall over your body is moving too much

  • I give it a 6. When you swing try not to jump.
