Very eerie. Of all the parked cars, I saw only one person in the street, and only two other moving vehicles. It felt like we were driving down a back lot to a film company!. What time of day was that I wonder?

Tough times, but at least once the city is rebuilt we will have one of the most modern cities anywhere :) How many 1st world countries have to rebuild a city pretty much from scratch? A city built from the ground up for modern life will be amazing, and the central city plan looks awesome

Faaark....! I had to leave Christhurch after the Feb 22nd one- as it was way way to much after it.. was nxt to to Cashel St mall driving past the Bridge of remeberance...saw it all fall down, car went flying sideways thought the the tyre had blown at first. Honestly devestating

It looks strange - because it is the CBD - it looks busy with cars and fences but not people. When ever you see stores and business buildings you would normaly see people. However, it does look like it's getting better and my hopes are for economic growth during the Rugby!

Instead of the funky soundtrack I'd've much rather had a running commentary by you on where you were at the time, and what you were seeing. We can listen to music any old time, but your filming is so rare and so precious and would be even more valuable if it said what it was actually seeing....and NOT seeing eg "Here at Colombo and Manchester St corner, where the XYZ was".
