@JaleelJohanson62 lol im pretty sure he's not shooting that thing anywhere around a picket fence. i've seen cheeper .22 cal rifles, which do not require air cartridges. just saying. you really shouldn't try to tell me about someone else's situation when you probably know nothing about it.
@kpEVOlution I don't have to know anyone else's specific situation to accurately state that the opportunities for safely shooting small bore airguns far outnumber the shooting opportunities for even the lowest powered rimfire firearms. My own experience and common sense shows this.
@JaleelJohanson62 like i said before you still dont know this guys situation. for all we know he may a nice piece of land or something where he can just go out and shoot
@kpEVOlution Neither do you. You didn't suggest a firearm either, you suggested a 'real' gun which means an airgun is not a 'real' gun by your statement. That is patently false, and is well understood to be false by those that are informed about that which they speak. You're also not listening to the point(s) I'm making in our little discussion either.
Which HW100 do you like best .177 or .22.......I've seen you shooting both. Also which model do you prefer. S or TK ? Thank you.....I like your videos.
@MaximusStimulus yea i like these to i shoot a .177 and i like my iron sight more mainly cause im terible at lining up my scope, but with my iron sigh i can drop a dime, litteraly!! but if i could line up my scope better i would use it more
You are so lucky to have this Air Rifle. Sad to say, this rifle is not available in my country. I want this rifle so bad. I watched your video over and over again. I am jealous.
@mark250k I have 2 of these guns and yes they truly are excellent tools but most precharged airguns are just as accurate as the HW100's it is the person using them that is important. You have to practice, practice and you could be just as accurate as cubbleycat.
I'm quite new to air guns so it might be a stupid question, but how does this gun work? do you have to compress the cylinder under the barrel, and if so how do you charge it? Or does it work with a spring?
I've only shot with those break-barrel guns so far. Looks like this system is much more efficient in terms of accuracy and power.
@molamola1000 nope. when you dry fire spring guns the only thing it hurts is the spring. since this is a pcp rifle it doesn't have a spring so there is nothing to damage =)
sorry I dont know, I guess you have done a google search, can you find any videos of the HW100 done in the States, if you can contact them and see if they can help ;-)
go to airgunsofarizona . i just purchase a hw100s Fully shrouded barrell today. i think Weihrauch should really pay cubleycat a commission because i got hooked on this rifle by watch your video over and over again.
uh yeah, not too smart on my part though to be shooting a 30fpe air gun louder than a .22lr in a residential area....still it was an illegal search and seisure, il prob be getting them all back but in like a year..
Cool, have fun and be safe, its a great sport. If you shoot rabbits or rats etc always try for an instant kill but its great fun shooting bottles and cans. ;-)
because of your video... i bought one and got a silencer as well. It's very quiet and mine is an FAC 29lbs ft since I live in the US. I also bought the Air Arms S410. I love them both!!! Thanks cubleycat!
Oh thanks krazy22dude, its nice to know people appreciate the video. Have you seen the latest full review of my new HW100 "Weihrauch HW 100 S Full Review .177 not .22 Air rifle"
worth every penny. i gat a brocock enigma for a lot less but ive probbs spent in the reigion of 700 all to gether.l can not wait until i have the money most deffinitly getting a weirauch or an fx typhoon
Power adjustment is one reason why I chose the AA S410 and the Daystate AirWolf instead of the HW 100. I don't need 30-40ftlb all the time. The ability to set different power levels according to my needs is a priority for me. Also, some longer heavier pellets don't fit well into the HW 100's magazine.
A bolt lever although more physically strenuous makes a rifles look more esthetically pleasing imo. I'm sure the side lever is a great improvement but I'm a bit shallow. ;-)
I agree I think Weihrauch made a mistake by not having a power level adjuster. when it comes to looking like a live rifle with the bolt I prefer the easy load option :) (I aint as strong as you guys).
I havent had problems with long pellets myself but I only use light ones like JSB exact. the only down side to Weihrauch is its not made in this country!
This gun is a rip off like all weihrauch guns. 700 pounds for an airgun? Thats just stupid. I've got the air arms s400 carbine and it's half the price of this but still a lovely piece of kit.
true but the Air Arms S510 which they have stolen the sidelever cocking mechanism idea from weihrauch is over £600 and the air arms s400 carbine is an old design however they are as you say good guns none the less but they have a lot less parts to them as the dont have a regulator nor are they multi shot
Yeah the HW100 is meant to be tamper proof but if you dont have a FAC cert its just as well left alone. I would buy an Air arms, they are great guns and made in the UK aren't they? the main reason I went for the HW100 is the mag, its so easy to load, I have put well over 15,000 shots through this gun now and it hasn't missed a beat, its just the cost but there are a lot of mechanisms that make it all work, usually that means they go wrong more often but its never failed me.
Yeah made in england. But that could just aswell mean they were made by pakies or any other race with the state of england now lol. I've got the gamo shadow and the aas400 ( plus a couple of b2's haha ) and i won't be buying anymore until i get an fac - theres no point, 12 ft/lb's is not enough power.
i wish Beeman would import this so it can be bought in America (or at least more commonly available in America). i'm a lefty and this rifle looks ambidextrous, or could be made in a left-handed version. Beeman sells the Falcon-R at Pyramyd Air but that's strictly right-handed.

yh i shud be gettin it i think a month or so i just hv to work hard to get the money . with everything the rifle is 1200 pounds but i hv not much left to go . but i cant do work at the min as i hv broke ma foot
i have a webley stingray 2 , a break barrel, and my grandad has a uramex 850 air magnum and it is so easy to get more than one down the barrel, every time you work the bolt it puts another in even if you havn't pulled the trigger
PS mine is the newer supposedly non tamper type but it looks as though you could easily alter it though I wouldn't bother really because you won't get so many shots from a tank of air, I get 100 from a carbine. It is an excellent gun
might as well buy a real rifle for that price

Terminator860 2 years ago
true but the Air Arms S510 which they have stolen the sidelever cocking mechanism idea from weihrauch is over £600 and the air arms s400 carbine is an old design however they are as you say good guns none the less but they have a lot less parts to them as the dont have a regulator nor are they multi shot
cubleycat 2 years ago
Yeah they also have put the power adjuster screw in a place you can't get to so you can't increase the power :(
Terminator860 2 years ago
Yeah the HW100 is meant to be tamper proof but if you dont have a FAC cert its just as well left alone. I would buy an Air arms, they are great guns and made in the UK aren't they? the main reason I went for the HW100 is the mag, its so easy to load, I have put well over 15,000 shots through this gun now and it hasn't missed a beat, its just the cost but there are a lot of mechanisms that make it all work, usually that means they go wrong more often but its never failed me.

i have a webley stingray 2 , a break barrel, and my grandad has a uramex 850 air magnum and it is so easy to get more than one down the barrel, every time you work the bolt it puts another in even if you havn't pulled the trigger

Thanks. There are some more videos I have put on about it, one with the silencer, just look at the other ones by "cubleycat".

PS mine is the newer supposedly non tamper type but it looks as though you could easily alter it though I wouldn't bother really because you won't get so many shots from a tank of air, I get 100 from a carbine. It is an excellent gun

I like the anti double load feature. I could do with that on my logun s16s sometimes.
