IMBB, There is a famous compiled image by NASA of the Earth at night showing man-made electric light illuminating civilization. However, in that image, North Korea and other backward places are completely dark.
Whenever I think to political stupidity leading civilization into darkness, like Earth Hour, it reminds me of North Korea and that image.
