how to fix the metro pcs screen freeze of the samsung r350MG&r351

My phone froze because I was messing with the Programming and codes. Not by faulty hardware but thanx to this video I had a great start and ended up solving my problem. Thanks Uploader!!!

I have discovered how to fix this issue. I did the above, slightly different.

step1. remove battery and keep unplugged at least 30 secs.

2. plug in usb charger

3. insert battery before samsung boots

4.quickly press enter button or the middle key to get inside the MENU

5.Navigate to SETTINGS/PHONE SETTINGS/SECURITY/

6. The code is by default the last 4 digits of your phone number.

7. Navigate down to reset phone. You wont lose any data, just the programming.

Worked for me.

I have the same problem with the ZTE Agent, the screen stop in Metro pcs logo and then it stay freeze, I tryed to return the phone, but it was impossible, now I tryed this, but unfortunately it didn't work, :-( , Thak you very much. excuse my english.
