@armydoom96 The Gensokyo the Gods Loved, yes it's sort of Nitori's stage theme although I think of it more like the Mountain's theme in general.

@ThunderCavalier no if I remember correctly Suwako had control of the snakes called Mishaguji were curse gods but then she lost to Kanako and gave up the Moriya shrine. Actually i don't know why Kanako is always portrayed as a snake.

@onering20 It's more a visual reminder that she defeated Suwako (the snake eats the frog). She actually has next to nothing to do with snakes, since she's a goddess of wind. Of course, the motif was also an attempt to convince others that she has the power to overcome Mishaguji (snakes shed their skin, which symbolizes renewal/immortality, which is supposed to be what counters Mishaguji), though the locals never really believed her on that one. It's mostly for show, really.

It's really more The Gensokyo the Gods Love than it is Native Faith. The chorus might be the theme of everyone's favorite frog goddess, but more time is spent on the former.
