  • Seen this music video when I was 7. I'm glad I saw this when Beavis & Butt-Head did. I miss the 1990s :(

  • Whatever happened to bad ass chicks in music?

  • @probrojeffro They became easily paranoid emo kids who emulate the women they wish they were, but fap to the sight of guys that look like Bulgarian female lesbian vampires with jaded tats & piercings. Either that, or FAKE the tough guy front to mind rape people into believing they are the source of all their mental malfunctions while hiding behind their own insecurities with the rest of the world following their every move while blinded by their "beauty". I know someone like that. These days, no

  • @crayzeejdfan Agreed. There's no way to call someone ugly and not sound like a shallow douchebag.

  • wow, she was so ugly back then

  • @chiphead777 ...You can't be serious...

  • @girlbassist im deadly serious lol. She is hot now though

  • Thank you, VEVO. I definitely wanted to see a Charmin commercial featuring animated bears with dingleberries on their asses before the PJ Harvey video I came here for.

  • if pj harvey was here i would recite the most amazing poem ever written and immediately get 10 times more attractive

  • rid of me is one of the greatest albums ever made

  • It was a mistake to get Michael j fox to hold the camera.

  • what is the purpose of the two ugly guys in front of her????

  • @neverseenb PJ Harvey was a 3 person band at this time.

  • Mobile Audit Club noticed forced injections and abductions in Arizona New Mexico and Nevada per 2001 laws passed. Electric shock and or murder and body salvage is being allowed on the upper decks of government. It is an informal dictatorship bought and sold.

    Mobile Audit Club

  • Harvey > Cobain

  • i don't think it's a terrible video, i'm glad to see that she has sense unlike the lady gaga's of the world who spend millions on a crappy music video. it's about the music and the feeling, not the fancy sets or dance crews

  • All should worship this woman

  • "Hey Beavis, huh-huh, the name of the song is '50 Ft. Queenie'"

    "Yeah, heh-heh, I'd like a 50 foot queenie"

    "Huh-huh, I'd like a 50 foot weenie"

  • I love how genuine she is in this video. Check out her cute smile at the end!

  • @hobocakes yes, very cute smile

  • I saw her when this was out, at The Hummingbird Birmingham England. They were so fuckin loud, just kicked maximum ass. Can't get sexier than a chick with a Fender Jaguar and a shitload of attitude!

  • I loved the part where she turns around and hitches up her dress in front of the camera! CLASSIC!

  • kick ass! pj harveyUrockmyworld! :D

  • About 85-90% people watching this have seen this episode of Beavis and Butthead.. I'm not gonna lie, I have.. And this song is very.. Noisy..

  • @fivefinger100 they said this song is loud

  • @fivefinger100 I just watche B & B watching this, but the sound was horrible, so here I am

  • I had the 50 Foot Queenie T-Shirt. Wore it out. She's never bettered Rid of Me IMHO.

  • This is one of the best songs she ever did! The thrash drums that kick in... Being a huge fan of Dry, I went out and bought the tape (yeah, I'm that old), and a friend and I drove around listening. When this song came on, we went crazy... never heard ANYTHING like this... Rid of Me is still my favorite record she's done... Maybe to "get it" you had to understand what music was like in '94... Imagine: she was the opening act for James!

  • @TheIToldYouSo I agree, had the same experience, bought them both on record though, those first 2 albums were so raw and brilliant, loved the trio setup before the polished later stuff, which was also good but lacked that energy.

  • If this is the direction PJ Harvey is taking her music then here is where we part ways.

  • @javadude54

    Haha, ignorant retard.

  • @javadude54

Oh I must thoroughly disagree with that sentiment :)

  • @javadude54 What if this is the way she was taking her music 18 years ago?
