Great tips. Hey, for everyone out there that likes to make movies, I want to be a film composer, so if you guys need a composer, contact me and I'll help you guys out on the music part of your film. Some of my music is on my weebly site, which I have the link on my youtube channel. Check it out. Thanks.
Just and FYI: An October 2006 screenwriting software survey asked industry writers and professionals which screenwriting software they preferred, 56% said Final Draft, which is first place. In second with 24% preferring was MS Word Add-Ins, beating out Movie Magic that has 22% preferred. While Celtx was in last with 2% preferred.
As a Final Draft user and screenwriter I really like it. However MS Word is great for dialogue as FD lets you convert/import that into word.
It looks like "Movie Magic". You can use different ones. Most industry people have a preference but it differs from writer to writer, etc. My favorite is Final Draft and that's the one I use.
Final Draft is $229 and you can get it at the writer's store online. The Writer's Store also sells other screenwriting software and gives you a pretty good description on what it does, its capabilities and platform compatibility. It really depends on your preference, after all YOU are the writer.
Could somebody PLEASE tell me what order these vids are supposed to go in?!?!?! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Figure about a page a minute.

@williepea it's said that one page equals 1 min of screen time. it also depends on how much dialog or action you have on your pages.
