Why would they sue you if they didn't sue the guys that put ROMs of Conker's Bad Fur Day and Banjo Kazooie on the internet? There's a game called 40 Winks that I heard was unreleased, but the game has been made into a file playable through an emulator. Another example is Starfox 2 for the Super Nintendo. The game was never released, but they have the game available for download online. What would be so different about letting people play this? Why would Rare sue you for putting up a link?

XD well, even so -- ROMs of Banjo-Kazooie, Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong 64, Jet Force Gemini and Conker's Bad Fur Day would have already been taken off of the internet for good if Rare sued people for putting ROMs online --and in this case, a prototype. It's not like you're making any money off of it and neither are they. It's a prototype. If you're worried about getting sued, at least post a link to where you got it. You wouldn't get sued for uploading their game if somebody else did it.
