I still saw the comment, foot speed, like everything else, takes practice man. I have this thing where I want to use a lot of power in my strokes because I'm so used to playing shows and NOT having my kick drum mic'd, so you can see my whole leg trying to go fast, but when you have a mic'd drum you can go faster with less power (triggers too). I usually end up wearing my ass out at a show...and thanks man!
