Although I really believe this was an unfortunate accident, there are many instances that are not and yet go unpunished for lack of videotape evidence. Without the video the official story of this incident would have been much different. Everyone knows it and yet, no one will do anything about it. Often you will hear about a black man leading police on a chase for nothing more than a minor infraction. When they ask him why he ran he says "I don't know". But killings like this are why they run!
