Thank you Jerry for the music and fun you have brought to our lives.I grew up listening to your music and think the kids of today are missing out big time.I don't think they will be listening to rap and some of the other music when they are in their 50s or 60s.
Ugggh still going on about his 'best mate' John Lennon...and his 'great friends' The Beatles. Once they left Liverpool they didn't want to know him...hardly a lasting friendship was it but he's had a career out of it.
@Rockinroy1 Too bad they didn't want to know him(if that's really true). Beside being an affecting singer(decades on, Ferry Cross the Mersey is still a sweet, beautiful song) and he seems to be a warm, amusing fellow.
I remember the first time I heard the pacemakers, Jerry Marsden !
I loved the music of the British Beat. Nothing can Beat It
The only thing wrong slowly but surely everyone passes and the only thing we have is the great memories, and thank YouTube for keeping the great music and videos alive. Thank You Gerry Marsden for many years of great music.
@sixtiesforever1966 I wouldn't go as far as saying Gerry and the Pacemakers were as good or better than The Beatles, but Marsden was always one of my favourites.
gerry i love your smile :) you are a man very sensual. :) i was born in 1972, but like me so much your songs, thanks for your music.

I've always liked Gerry Marsden as a singer. I think he has a great voice and is very underrated.

Up Liathroim! What part you from? Same here, Gerry was a great singer. I do prefer The Beatles version of How Do You Do It though.
