only in one version he is singing wish i could tell you all the things i never learned how to say,he said its allright baby,i love you too,he vwas tangeld up in b l u e
His voice may be gone, but he still has his voice of poetry, he can still play instruments well (even though he doesn't play guitar as often anymore), and there will probably never be anyone like him ever again, including his own children. We should appreciate that he is not going to let his voice get it's rest, and that he keeps on keepin' on for us...because we never know when the living legend will stop living.
thank you for posting. caught the dylan/russell show in new braunfels this summer. couldn't see him all that well. this brings the experience closer. thanks again!
I thought it was very funny, his interpretation of this song. Kill me if I'm wrong, but he used a singsong type of singing used in pilpul. I also thought to my self, oh no is that the only thing his voice can do?! Why did I put out good money to see him?! That did not last for very long. I was completely content with his magical performance. Many favorites in this concert... I cried listening to the moving song Forgetful Heart and toe-tapped to the swing sound.
This is a good example of how Bob can completely suck as a live performer. He's still god his phrasing and rhythm intact, but he puts absolutely no effort or soul into it, and his voice is in the dire need of rest.
In the original Hebrew, seems like. Seems like a lot of work, to learn the golden oldies, but unless you do you can't tell whether it is worth it or not.
@ImmerLeft most have been pulled as violations of copyright rights of the artist and sony music. many rights to the older songs are owned by the estate of michael jackson.

Great post!
What happened to all the other Dylan stuff? Suddenly most of the live stuff vanished...
