Hey Elasticsteel. I see a lot of people here wants to do splits, so do I. thank you for your vids, i'v recently started to train kickboxing, but my question is; What sports/activities have you done?
hey so i have been looking at ur vids and i have a few ?'s i suffered a grade 2 tear about 2 years ago and regained about 95% of my flex. in my bad leg but i cant seem to do full side/splits anymore. i am at about 150 degrees of a full 180... is there anything else i can do??? im guessing just stretching every day again to regain my splits... am i correct?
Thanks helped me a lot to stretch as i pulled the inner adductors quite a lot

I am guessing you are asking this question because you are looking for a supplementary activity to gain flexibility? Like dance or gymnastics?
In reality you don't have to do other sports or activities to achieve splits.

you should make some kind of excercise program for all this stuff from rookie to pro in kicks and flexibility etc.

Massage would not hurt in addition to stretching.
