  • Hey Elasticsteel. I see a lot of people here wants to do splits, so do I. thank you for your vids, i'v recently started to train kickboxing, but my question is; What sports/activities have you done?

  • I am guessing you are asking this question because you are looking for a supplementary activity to gain flexibility? Like dance or gymnastics?

    In reality you don't have to do other sports or activities to achieve splits.

  • hey so i have been looking at ur vids and i have a few ?'s i suffered a grade 2 tear about 2 years ago and regained about 95% of my flex. in my bad leg but i cant seem to do full side/splits anymore. i am at about 150 degrees of a full 180... is there anything else i can do??? im guessing just stretching every day again to regain my splits... am i correct?

  • Massage would not hurt in addition to stretching.
