It's NOT trying to "disenfranchise" low income, or elderly people, it should be law!!!!!!
You have to have a drivers license to drive in this country, you should have I.D. in order to vote!!!!

@nextdrink45 Except that driving is a privilege and voting is a RIGHT. I have no problem with this the day the states provide official ID at no cost to the citizen.

@portlanddem They shouldn't have to pay, but right now they would have to pay and I don't think $10 is too much. As far as where is that money going?? Hell, down the blackhole that is our current government. Probably to ILLEGAL ALIENS, or some political HACK to go bang a lobbyist!!!

@nextdrink45 mandating someone pay money in order to vote is illegal. You need an ID to vote, and you need to pay to obtain the ID. that's unconstitutional.
