Theresa you have such a positive, sweet energy. I am glad I found you! FYI, I was doing regular exercise, but could not lose weight & had inflammation of my feet & ankles. You see, I have Hashimoto's & I thought my situation was hopeless until , and a fellow Hashi's patient recommended this to me. I was surprised to learn that T-Tapp can help with hormones, inflammation, etc. I am going to order the Total Workout DVD. I will keep you updated on my progress.

Traditional chinese medicine recommends this tucked in posture as energy flows straight up and does not get "locked", it is a great secret to longevity because TCM teaches that body energy moves up and we need to let it flow freely instead of hindering the energy supply to the head, causing the head to age. Tucked-in hips, shoulders relaxed and back, and chin slightly down, for a nice straight line ("hang" the ears).

How does this method compare to barre workouts? Barre workouts have bulked my thighs even more than weights.

I lost 3 dress sizes in 3 weeks with T-Tapp. I even ate doughnuts during those 3 weeks (she said not to diet). This really is the workout that works!
