For those of you who don't know, a century egg is a pickled egg. It looks quite gross, as the whites turn a dark brownish red, and the yolk turns green after being pickled!

A cream croquette on the other hand, is a deep fried breaded sphere like food, filled with meat or vegetables. They're called cream because the filling melts when served hot.
