Just read your Description bar, I think it was me who pointed it out, Silverados1500 used to be Silverado1500 until his channel was shut down. Me and It got into it about HHO's validity and I pointed It to the HHOINFO website where a dynanometer test had been done, conclusively proving the positive effect of HHO. @BlackDogSociety : Dennis Lee? Remember him? Several of his "dealers".....other players not so visible. Look them up. States vary, but the records are easy to find. Charges Ive seen are "grand larceny with intent to defraud' and other variations. Do some research you will find them easily enough.

The state charges can be found thru state court websites. I have see the cases S1500 refered to in NC where there were fines for altering emissions equipment. 2500 bucks was the fine, if i remember correctly. Six cases and all epa brought.
Epa has local resources to enforce epa law all around the country. there are other cases on state by state basis. Go find them.

@BlackDogSociety : the "stamp" you refer to is exactly that. a rubber stamp. I confirmed this a few mins ago. They rubber stamp the retest with and actual "rubber stamp" that was made by a computer so therefore it WOULD be a computer font. Not a good interpetation by you again.

The font on S1500's stamp is diff from mine, but in every test I just did, all the stamps are EXACTLY the same....cracks, lines and letters. So your argument has no weight. There is no question that according to the epa and all the evidence I have firsthand, that these homemade devices are illeagal to use in cars and to sell for such use. The devices themselves are NOT illegal. When used in all the other ways, torches, heaters, generator experiments... Epa has nothing on those uses, but once you apply them to autos and sell them for profit, then you get into the legal issues

The document is not his, it is one that a reader of his site sent him. While I don't believe anyone should put such a document on their site without verifying it, there is no law against it. Perhaps it is real and it is just the way the shop records emissions or it could be fake; but there's no smoking gun like yours.

Those stores are strictly regulated and will only sell stuff that is in high production. There are so many different HHO devices that they couldn't possibly sell them all. You can't buy everything at those stores; there are many specialty devices that you have to find elsewhere.

Me and It got into it about HHO's validity and I pointed It to the HHOINFO website where a dynanometer test had been done, conclusively proving the positive effect of HHO. A youtuber, who I still don't remember who it was, pointed out that over 90% of the pixels are identical and that the "stamped" words "RE TEST" is a computer font. So I looked closely at the docs and seen how bad the forgery was. Incidentally, look at the E's and T's in this alleged stamp, they are exactly alike. But I guess you don't see that either.

The state charges can be found thru state court websites. I have see the cases S1500 refered to in NC where there were fines for altering emissions equipment. 2500 bucks was the fine, if i remember correctly. Six cases and all epa brought.
Epa has local resources to enforce epa law all around the country. there are other cases on state by state basis. Go find them.

@BlackDogSociety : the "stamp" you refer to is exactly that. a rubber stamp. I confirmed this a few mins ago. They rubber stamp the retest with and actual "rubber stamp" that was made by a computer so therefore it WOULD be a computer font. Not a good interpetation by you again.

The font on S1500's stamp is diff from mine, but in every test I just did, all the stamps are EXACTLY the same....cracks, lines and letters. So your argument has no weight. There is no question that according to the epa and all the evidence I have firsthand, that these homemade devices are illeagal to use in cars and to sell for such use. The devices themselves are NOT illegal. When used in all the other ways, torches, heaters, generator experiments... Epa has nothing on those uses, but once you apply them to autos and sell them for profit, then you get into the legal issues

The document is not his, it is one that a reader of his site sent him. While I don't believe anyone should put such a document on their site without verifying it, there is no law against it. Perhaps it is real and it is just the way the shop records emissions or it could be fake; but there's no smoking gun like yours.

Those stores are strictly regulated and will only sell stuff that is in high production. There are so many different HHO devices that they couldn't possibly sell them all. You can't buy everything at those stores; there are many specialty devices that you have to find elsewhere.

They hire lobbiests to influence their decisions. I have more trust in companies that are affected by the market than a group that answers to no one.
