i signed it, and not only can this help disabled gamers, but it could help regular gamers too. i like to use tactical, but knifing is harder, so if i move knife from B/x to something like RB/ R1, it would be alot easier

Maybe this should be a job for the console makers themselves (sony playstation, microsoft xbox, nintendo wii, etc). They could make it so that their new consoles have an option to remap the buttons of ANY game.

I've always wanted full button mapping in games, but I never even thought about those people who really need it. Just another reason to let us make our own control schemes.
12 people are so sucky at gaming that they think that the only way for them to get frags in multiplayer fps is to hunt for the disabled players playing desperately with controls not suitable to them and having no possibility to change the button mapping to a more suitable configuration to them.

Not to sound rude, but why don't you just play the PC version if it's such a big problem? Button remapping is standard in all PC games, and there are many tools that allow you to use and remap controllers on the PC.

I've always wanted full button mapping in games, but I never even thought about those people who really need it. Just another reason to let us make our own control schemes.

12 people are so sucky at gaming that they think that the only way for them to get frags in multiplayer fps is to hunt for the disabled players playing desperately with controls not suitable to them and having no possibility to change the button mapping to a more suitable configuration to them.

Hey! You've got a good a point there! I never realized it myself but most games don't have the ability to change the button remapping. Thanks and i'll be sure to get my friends to sign the petition. Keep on being awesome askacapper!

@askacapper I got 5 friends to sign the petition. I got my brother to sign it and I signed too. Hopefully we can all enjoy games and disabled gamers don't have a disadvantage in games (not being able to aim down the sight.)

Not to sound rude, but why don't you just play the PC version if it's such a big problem? Button remapping is standard in all PC games, and there are many tools that allow you to use and remap controllers on the PC.

@Anonymous5125 Try picking up a whole keyboard when you can't move your fingers. And sure, you can use a 360 controller on a lot of PC games, but those PC games that support controllers don't have remapping for their controllers.

Chuck, I'm not even sure how I ran into your videos and your channel, but your petition for button remapping is great. I have been a hardcore PC gamer for many years, since about 1996, and I have always remapped my buttons. I am not even handicapped and I feel the need to remap buttons to enjoy the game. i hope that devs really look into this, and I think you are doing a great job! If you ever perform in place in NYC let me know man! Ill be front row!

perhaps you should be lobbying game console makers as well, to build in remapping into the consoles, so its no dependent on what game devs allow
