Empire didn't install my toilets correctly, and flooded my attic. $18,000.00 in damage. The worker were a van of illegals. NONE of them spoke English, and kept staring at my 14 year-old daughter. Overpriced, and disgusting.

It was a bit awkward when they added the "800" at the start. Still, that little jingle hasn't really changed.
