how do you do that mate? i have loaded flash themes on my w300i but mi menu wont come up the same as that =[. please tell me what im doing wrong. thank-you.

you need to have a unbranded w300i mate, if your phone has orange, o2, vodafone or tmobile etc logos on it then its branded so you can't have them without flashing your phone with generic firmware
