awesome!!! my mom was telling me last night that she plays tennis with Bruce's mom.. and his mom said one time... "I tell bruce.. can't you write any happy songs?" hahaha. funny! everyone has a mom. :)
Just went to see Bruce last night, and marveled at his ability to make one guitar fill up an entire concert hall with sound. He is a genius and a voice for change, and yet so incredibly humble.
Pretty cool to have a Guitar Virtuoso talking so casually about picking up on some of his playing techniques. He's got that ability to make it sound like there's 2 guitars playing at once and that's sort of what he's displaying here. Bruce is a true artist.
I like the guy who said, 'Bruce can use his thumb as a bass and drums...his fourth finger can be playing a gorgeous melody and the other two fingers can be backing voices..he's got a band on his right hand"...
I can't enough about how big a part his music has been in my life...I have never tired of any of his work. To have that kind of range, talent and substance is profound. I've been a fan for 3 decades!
Such a colossal musical force; Bruce has no real contemporaries, he is the only one of his kind. And how about, "if you don't have the right shape of thumb, you can actually hurt yourself doing that." Always lookin' out for us mere mortals, love that. Thanks for the lesson, Bruce.

I wish I could find accurate tabs for this song, or even what tuning it is in. I love it.

Hey, what a generous lot of comments. None of the common bitchiness at all.
I'm also still in awe of the skill, musicality and generous spirit he inspires.
I'll be working on this one for a while ...
Thanks again, Bruce.

The guitar spirit is present in him. It's a pleasure to hear. Him and Ciro Hurtado.
